Samantha began working in real estate when she was 16. Real estate was always something Sam has been passionate about, being influenced by her family development and construction business. Sam’s experience began in the development side of the industry where she was introduced to the process of land acquisition and building. While obtaining her degree at Ryerson University in the City of Toronto, Sam worked towards her real estate license, while shadowing top producing agents and dedicating herself to learning the ins and outs of traditional and non traditional real estate sales. Sam brings an array of experience in all aspects of the industry, including resale residential & commercial, pre construction sales, and leases to the team.

I have been in real estate for almost 8 years now (4 licensed and then 4 before that in admin and construction management).

I specialize in residential properties from resale to pre construction

Vaughan (Woodbridge specifically).

Bolton, Barrie, Bradford, Toronto (Downtown, North York, Etobicoke).
